I’m Sydney Chong, solutions engineer with Pax8 and for the past 9 years I’ve been working with businesses across EMEA and APAC to help them make sense of digital transformation. I believe AI should solve real problems rather than create new ones. My passion lies in educating MSPs and their customers, walking them through everything from Microsoft Copilot to broader Agentic AI solutions, and what I’ve learned is that the best technology is the kind that just works seamlessly in your day-to-day operations, giving you time back for more meaningful work. I’m here because I genuinely believe we can take these powerful tools and make them work for you, not the other way around.
