What is a support ticket?
Simply put, a PC Paramedics Support Ticket is a uniquely numbered record of your communication with ourselves. Once logged, your ticket will be assigned to an IT Technician with the correct skill set to deal with the issue. It’s our own direct and personal communicative method with you.
How do I log a ticket?
There are currently three ways you can log a ticket with PC Paramedics. Firstly, you can call us, 0800 01 999 34. Alternatively, you can email support@pcparamedics.it or log a ticket via the support agent.
